It was so exciting today seeing the baby in person. Nugget is very active and in great shape. Nugget currently weighs 12 ounces and its head circumference is 13cm. We are in the 58th percentile for growth, and Dr. Heit is very happy with where we are.
If the pictures just look like blobs to you, the top one is a profile shot, the middle one is a frontal view (Nugget is a ham who really likes to look straight into the camera!), and the bottom one is a tiny little foot.

Nugget evidently has a future career in boxing. Every time we focused on its upper body, Nugget would start PUNCHING at the placenta! Bam Bam Bam Bam Bam...one shot after another. Looks like we have stubborn Ludwig and Pennington genes through and through!

One could always hope that you would change your mind and help us hedge our bets about a boy or girl, oh well . . . .
Glad to see that Nugget has a heck of a swing - all the better to play softball with, my dearie!
